Merit is quick to respond and communicate, from placing the initial help ticket to the resolution, I receive updates via email and calls when the task warrants. They will also drop everything to address a technical “emergency” no matter the time of day. No request has been too large; they have updated our server and network as well as worked with other vendors to ensure we have the best outcome for our specific business. No task has been too small either; let’s face it, some Monday mornings just remembering your password to log into your computer requires technical assistance. Everyone is professional, personable, works with integrity and is willing to do whatever may be necessary to assist. Those qualities are rare in most companies these days but are found in abundance at Merit.
