Testimonials - Check out what people are saying about Merit Technologies!

It has been great working with Merit IT. They have been quick to respond to our tickets, and have proven to be knowledgeable in solving technical issues that our last IT company couldn't solve. We also appreciate the fact that they are proactive in making sure everything is running smooth while avoiding technical issues. They were even willing to work with us on our contract since we are a small, non-profit organization. I would highly recommend Merit IT to anyone looking for a good, professional IT company.

DeVita has worked alongside of Merit Technologies for a little over 4 years now.  We appreciated their willingness to hear our needs and respond to them.  They have worked through several extremely complex and difficult projects including spending time away from their families to ensure success of our projects while minimizing our downtime as a company.  James and Jim have seen us through virtualization of our servers, migration to the latest version of Windows Servers and Exchange, tackling our distributed VPN configuration, and migrating our data and servers to highly available SAN storage.  They have been a part of our networking changes including migration to IP phones, and adding another branch office. While there is no such thing as a perfect IT project, Merit has done their best to deliver each and every time.  We look forward to the challenges that the future holds, with Merit’s support of course.

We recently encountered a ransomware virus intrusion. Merit immediately responded and brought the necessary resources to bear for us to contain and eradicate the problem. Their assistance was critical to restoring our systems in a timely manner without loss of data. I am extremely satisfied with their partnership and performance.

Merit is quick to respond and communicate, from placing the initial help ticket to the resolution, I receive updates via email and calls when the task warrants. They will also drop everything to address a technical “emergency” no matter the time of day. No request has been too large; they have updated our server and network as well as worked with other vendors to ensure we have the best outcome for our specific business. No task has been too small either; let’s face it, some Monday mornings just remembering your password to log into your computer requires technical assistance. Everyone is professional, personable, works with integrity and is willing to do whatever may be necessary to assist. Those qualities are rare in most companies these days but are found in abundance at Merit.
